"DEVELOPMENT, MODERNIZATION AND DIGITALIZATION OF JSC "KODEMA" PRODUCTION BASE TO INCREASE WORK PERFORMANCE"

JSC “Kodema” is implementing the project “Development, modernization and digitization of the production base of JSC “Kodema” in order to increase work productivity”, project no. 03.3.1-LVPA-K-854-02-0074. The project is implemented under the measure “Digitalization of Industry LT”, partially financed by the European Regional Development Fund. 369,456 EUR of financing funds have been allocated for the implementation of the project to pay eligible expenses. The goal of the project is to create advanced technological conditions in the company, by investing in a flexible production system of wide applicability, higher added value production, diversification of activities. Due to the lack of suitable modern production equipment and related integrated digital solutions, the company is not able to fulfill orders on time, using technological equipment that does not meet the latest market needs, the company’s production processes are subject to technological limitations, and IT instruments are insufficient to effectively manage the company’s production processes. JSC “KODEMA” purchased a technological audit service and identified the potential of digitalization of the company’s production processes. After evaluating the conclusions of the technological audit, the company will invest in the acquisition of digital technologies (automated technological equipment and IT solutions) during the implementation of the project. The result of the implemented project is the long-term growth of the company’s competitiveness and productivity.

THE PROJECT

"DIGITALIZATION OF SALES TRANSACTIONS"

JSC “Kodema” is implementing the project “Digitalization of sales transactions” JSC “Kodema” No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-1146. The project is implemented according to the measure “E. business model for COVID-19”. Funded as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 38,962.50 EUR of financing funds have been allocated for the implementation of the project to pay eligible expenses. The goal of the project is to implement an efficient e-commerce solution in the company in order to reduce the impact of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and increase competitiveness. The project will contribute to the development of the company’s sales and increase awareness not only in Lithuania, but also in the target export markets, it will help diversify the company’s activities, develop mass production and sales volumes.

End of project implementation: 2023-02-10.
