MISSION
Happy employees open windows to a sustainable world
The mission is the meaning of this organization in the society and first of all we strive to make our employees happy because:
- They learn here, do interesting work for them, have the support of their colleagues and feel good because the organization has a work culture based on openness, mutual help and respect.
- Produces products that are high quality, in demand and contribute to environmental impact by being more energy efficient (less heating/cooling and associated emissions) and durable – lasting 10-20 years, which reduces consumption and associated waste.
- The organization also invests in innovative solutions (LEAN, IT, Prefab) that optimize resources in window production, customer service, installation and thus reduce the consumption of energy resources and CO2 emissions, respectively.
VISION

Our vision is to become the best and irreplaceable supplier for our customers:
- Effective customer service which ensures: a) skilled, resourceful, benevolent and, of course, happy employees; b) innovative IT solutions that enable high-quality and fast processing of orders. Communication with customers is prompt (we always respond within 24 hours); we solve problems quickly and qualitatively (claim solutions within 10 days); not forgetting to reward customers not only with impeccable work, but also with happy gifts and cool parties.
- We serve quality products on time. Right first time – on time (RFT-OT) >97 proc.
- We offer solutions and changes to customers that (1) reduce costs, (2) shorten deadlines and (3) improve quality, which customers value and want to work with us for the long term. We are always better than our competitors in at least two of the three categories.

While developing its business, JSC “KODEMA” seeks to harmonize economic, social and environmental protection aspects and undertakes to comply with all environmental protection, occupational safety and health laws applicable to it and the requirements of other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as the requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management System implemented in the company, which comply with LST EN ISO 9001 :2015 and LST EN ISO 14001:2015 standards, to implement them and to continuously improve them with the efforts of all company employees
HIGH QUALITY WINDOWS GUARANTEE
We use quality raw materials, which are supplied by carefully selected well-known suppliers in Europe, and we produce windows of the highest quality for our customers, providing them with a long warranty. We undertake to include suppliers in the implementation of our policy in order to achieve the highest quality standards and a safe environment, to periodically check the quality of raw materials and to search for new ecological solutions that ensure the longest possible life cycle of windows.
REDUCTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Plastic windows manufactured by the company are marked with the “Greenline” mark, more than 80% of windows are made of recycled plastic and lead stabilizers are not used in production. Lead compounds are replaced by calcium, so plastic profiles are harmless to humans and friendly to the environment.
Our goal and commitment: together with our strategic partners to achieve the goal of a 100% recyclable window. Minimize the impact on the environment in our production activities, reduce the company’s CO2 footprint per 1 SV, thereby contributing to Lango’s CO2 reduction. Give priority to projects that change the energy class of buildings to a higher one. Together with suppliers and partners, spread the word about the responsible utilization and recycling of windows.

In order to achieve the highest quality and environmental protection standards, we accept interested Lithuanian and European auditing institutions, we cooperate with controlling Lithuanian state institutions, we are a member of the Lithuanian Association of Window and Door Manufacturers, contributing to the creation of important documents for our business branch.

Our internal and external processes, production solutions are constantly adjusted according to the needs of our customers in order to provide an optimal set of services. Every year, we undertake to offer our customers innovative solutions that will help to store heat, save time when installing windows or safely transporting them.
ANNUAL AUDIT OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The main goal of the company is quality windows and services that create value for the customer and protect the environment. This is aimed at making activities more efficient, improving the quality and environmental management system, performing annual internal audits, analyzing and evaluating. We must know that the assumed high quality, environmental and occupational safety and health requirements are ensured.
